Hello to All,
It is Saturday morning the 21st of January and our annual banquet is tonight.  The amount of snow that is forecast is small so the banquet will be starting at 5:30 PM.  At the banquet we will be having raffle baskets, a 50/50, and (new for this year) a silent auction!  The silent auction items are a pencil portrait drawing of your favorite pet provided by Ruth Lax; 8 hours of limousine service provided by Michael Solomon and Realty Mark, and 2 VIP tickets to see Apassionata when it tours in New Jersey in June. Personal checks are the preferred method of payment for the silent auction.
Enjoy our first snow of the year and we shall see you in a few hours,
AHS

Our Background

It is the goal of the Associated Horse Shows (AHS) to promote the fundamental values of good sportsmanship and tradition, as they relate to the equestrian sport, to all members of the AHS community.  Each year AHS member farms offer a calendar of approximately 30 horse shows in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area.  The member horse shows are open to all, with AHS members accruing points toward year-end awards.  AHS coordinates the various shows and hosts an annual banquet usually at the end of January.   The trophies/ribbons for the completed year are awarded at the annual banquet.

AHS member farms offer a wide variety of equestrian events including Hunter, Equitation, and Jumper disciplines.   Riders in all age groups are welcome to join and compete.

Finally, AHS and the participating member farms solicit comments and input from the equestrian community in order to provide an enjoyable environment for equestrian activities.
